SHIPPING:
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours, weekends and holidays excluded.
All items are issued tracking numbers and shipped USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes 2-4 days to arrive. Express Mail shipping is also available and generally takes one day to arrive after the order has processed and shipped.

TOWN Clothes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages on purchases made without insurance and/or signature confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL:
Town Clothes ships worldwide. All items are shipped USPS Priority International, and rates depend on the weight and size of the item.
Priority Mail International is a mid-priced shipping method.
Express Mail International usually arrives within 5-7 days after processing and comes with tracking, confirmation, and insurance. We recommend this shipping method for time-sensitive deliveries. (Depending on the customer’s country’s customs department, this shipping method may take longer than 5-7 days. This is not the responsibility of Town Clothes.)
All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Town Clothes is required to accurately declare the value of all international orders on the relevant customs forms and on the included packing slip. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting a local post office.
RETURNS:
All items (excluding sale items, which are FINAL SALE) may be returned within 7 days of delivery as long as the garment is unwashed and unworn. Please email krista@town-clothes.com with “RETURNS” in the subject line to receive a return form. All requests for returns made after the 7 day period will be denied. All Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee (we are sorry for this but we are a small company with limited quantities available). If you wish to make an exchange or prefer store credit you will not be charged a restock fee.
Please note: We do NOT accept returns from large fashion brands. (If you are a small independent designer and are interested in purchasing one of our pieces but nervous it won't fit email/introduce yourself, we can definitely work something out/honor a return).
